Speculate procedures, specification or method of preparation, selection, operations, administrative functions, modes, techniques, scheduling, evaluation, training, technical & overall operation of Outlet(s)/Sub-Franchise Outlet(s) or any other instructions as maybe specified or adopted by the brand from time to time

Ensure operations at the Sub-Franchise Outlet(s) in accordance with the operational manual or as specified by the Brand

Establish centralized system to ensure the smooth implementation of all the process at the Outlet(s)/Sub-Franchise(s)

Assist Franchisee maintain its accounts through timely audits

Analyse and evaluate the overall functioning of the Outlet(s)/Sub Franchise Outlet's

Compulsorily schedule his/ his designated persons, visits to the Head Office of the Brand as and when required by the Brand. These visits could be for getting clarity by the Brand on the functioning of the Outlet/Sub Franchised Outlet, payment related issues, regular Franchisee meets, conferences or for new training sessions.

Lead and manage ordering, planning, vendor service, purchasing, inventory control, forecasting, warehousing, transportation and other areas are required.

Develop analytics, systems and data management capabilities, including metrics and reports.

Direct the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations of supply chain staff.

Understand Franchisee needs, service those needs, maintain and develop positive business relationships with a Franchise’s Key Personnel.

Negotiate and close in the tie-ups with the popular delivery portals in consultation with the Brand in full-compliance with Brand’s business standards and operating manuals.

Oversee organization wide management of the strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of services.

Manage / coordinate the sales and operations planning process including supply / demand forecasting, inventory management, and on time delivery

Introduce/develop and maintain a training culture of the Brand

Create induction plans for new team members on all levels within the restaurant (management included). To include; company handbook, product knowledge information and training plan. Training to be catered to specific roles for new employee.

Ensure team members (current and new) have completed company, food and drink knowledge tests and have passed to company standard.

Engage in continuous training – identify areas for improvement within the team and act upon accordingly.

Assist the unit managers in delivering appraisals and regular performance reviews.

Develop Training Manuals for ready reckoning.

Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
-
Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.

Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.

Modifies programs as needed.

Guide on product presentation, soft skills, personality development, induction and refresher training with managers and other outlet staff of service presentation aspect.

Collaborate with staff, other departments, senior management, and decision makers to share information, problem solve, and to clarify management objectives.

Assist the precise match-making of Brand and the prospective Investors to expand and diversify their business needs.

Provide the assistance for confirming the location and establishes the outlet in accordance with Brand manual, operational functions like store set ups, streamlined process and execution.

Our Developer Agent assists the franchisee in establishment of outlets with complete range of interiors, fixtures, equipment, machinery etc. as approved by the Brand.

Carry out any alterations, additions, renovations, decoration, installation and removal of interiors, furniture & fixtures etc. at the Outlet/ Sub Franchised Outlet at the discretion of the Brand as and when reasonably required or as per the Brand’s directions/ instructions.
